Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Normally the delivery is 30 working days. If we have stocks, we can delivery in 7 working days. If we do not have stock, normally we need 50 working days to manufacture rehabilitation products, and 30 working days for other items. Please contact us to confirm the delivery time.

Q: How can I get samples promptly?
A: Kindly please contact with  representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we will send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, Your courier charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.

Q: How about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?
A: For the wheelchair, normal MOQ is 1x20FCL, with less than 3 items per order. For other medical items, the MOA is USD3000.00 for less than 3 items per order.

Q: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A: Yes.You can customize your logo print on the packing of the medical items.Please specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity. Extra charge may be required, upon your request.

Q: Can you please quote me the C&F or CIF price?
A: General, our quotation is based on EXW price.  If you are looking for the C&F or CIF price then please inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you accordingly. Or, you can recommend your shipping company to re-check the freight cost. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight fee, and handles your cargos in good way.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance  before shipment; or L/C at sight.
